Volunteering

Volunteers are an important part of the Carbonear Collegiate learning community. From supporting our programs to helping with school athletics and other activities, volunteers play a key role in creating a positive experience for our students. If you are interested in volunteering or would like more information about how you can get involved, please contact the school office. 

All volunteers are required to complete and submit the following forms:

• Volunteer Information Form

• Volunteer Agreement Form

• Criminal Offence Declaration Form

To volunteer at Carbonear Collegiate, all individuals are required to provide a current Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening each school year.

• This check can be completed online through the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). Click here to access the RCMP form.

• To request a letter from the school that waives the processing fee, click here. Once your request is received, a letter will be emailed to you for inclusion with your RCMP application.
  
  

Please Note:

• All volunteer documentation, including the Criminal Records / Vulnerable Sector Check, must be submitted to the school annually.

• Completed forms can be emailed to carbonearcollegiateoffice@gmail.com or dropped off at the Main Office.

• Volunteers must be approved by the school before participating in any activities.
