Travel and Supervision

Approval first

Submit the Travel and Tournament Approval Checklist before booking, registering or confirming travel. Official district forms and required approvals still apply. Protect instructional time when planning events.

A complete plan

Provide the itinerary, budget, transportation, accommodation and supervision arrangements. Confirm permission, emergency contacts, relevant medical information and first aid arrangements. Administration determines required supervision and staffing.

Transport and overnight stays

Private vehicle arrangements require school approval and cleared drivers. Students cannot transport other students as part of school sponsored travel. Confirm room assignments, curfew, adult responsibilities and a safe pickup plan.

Safety and incidents

Adults must remain able to supervise throughout their assigned responsibilities. As a proposed school expectation, alcohol, cannabis and impairment are prohibited while responsible for students. Respond to injuries promptly, contact families, inform administration and complete required reports. Follow applicable medical and return to activity direction.
